The International Schools of Kenana – American Division recognizes the importance of inclusion of all children in its NEW early childhood education approach. Thus, the school launched a new Toddlers classroom that offers child care for toddlers from 1½ to 2½ years.
The classroom is highly equipped with a variety of age appropriate Toys, Sleeping Beds and A Bathroom Facility that will be used to enhance Potty Training.
Our curriculum offers key areas of children learning and development that are taught through a wide range of activities including: English through Storytelling and Puppetry, Lullabies, Singing rhyming songs, Dancing, Art, Learning Math through Category and Sequence, Problem Solving and Reasoning, Arabic and Religion, Computer (using Smart Board Technology), Putting Together Puzzles, Physical Education and Exploring Nature.
Facilities of the class include both indoor and outdoor play areas which have been specifically tailored to stimulate sensory perception and creativity in children which will enhance both their everyday motor skills and intellectual development.
