Dear All,

In light of the current situation, the International Schools of Kenana, American Division, is well- prepared and ready for starting our Academic Year 2020/2021 with procedures to ensure the maximum academic, social and emotional benefit, together with the highest safety for our students.

Students will start 5 days-work for all grades on school premises, and all sessions will be live and recorded, within a normal school schedule from 8 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

In case of blended learning determined by the government, or imposed by hazardous situations and/or lurking risks, the school will adopt the Hybrid Learning Schedule. The school students throughout all the grades will be divided into groups A and B, and will attend school alternatively. Group A will be attending on school premises according to a determined schedule, while Group B will be attending online from home at the same time. The following week, groups A and B will be exchanging places.

Students will be wearing the uniform whether online or on-premises. No student will be allowed into online sessions out of School Uniform

Keeping our guard up, the school will provide the students with a Face Shield that is mandatory to be worn at all times. The school will be sanitizing regularly for student’s safety. Student temperatures will be monitored daily, and students who show any signs of cold or influenza must stay at home until they fully recover, and can attend the sessions online.

السادة أولياء الأمور

فى ظل الأوضاع الراهنة، تستعد مدارس الكنانة الدولية، القسم الأمريكى للعام الدراسى 2020/2021 متخذة إجراءات من شأنها أن تحقق الإستفادة القصوى لطلابها دراسيا، وإجتماعيا، ونفسيا، كما تقدم لهم الحماية الصحية فى أفضل صورها

سيبدأ العام الدراسى فى مساره الطبيعى، حيث سيحضر الطلاب إلى المدرسة خمسة أيام أسبوعيا من الثامنة صباحا حتى الثانية والنصف ظهرا، ,ستكون كل الحصص مذاعة ومسجلة

وفى حالة اللجوء الى التعليم المدمج كتوصيات وزارية، أو كحل لأوضاع مقلقة أو خطرة، سينقسم الطلاب إلى مجموعتين، مجموعة أ، وومجموعة ب، حيث سيحضرون إلى المدرسة بالتبادل الأسبوعى، فتحضر مجوعة أ اسبوعا، وتحضر مجمعوعة ب من نفس الفصل فى نفس الوقت الحصة ذاتها أونلاين، ويتم تبادل المجوعات على هذه الوضاع فى الأسبوع التالى

سيلتزم الطلاب الحضور بالزى المدرسى الرسمى، فى حالتى الأونلاين، أو الحضور الفعلى، ولن يتم إدخال الطلاب إلى الحصة دون الزى الرسمى للمدرسة

ستوفر مدارس الكنانة وقاءات للوجة سيتوجب على الطلاب إرتدائها فى المدرسة، وسيتم تطهير وتعقيم المدرسة يوميا، كما سيتم قياس درجات الحرارة بشكل مستمر، وسيكون على أي طالب أو طالبة ممن يظهر عليهم أية أعراض للبرد أو الأنفلوانزا المكوث فى المنزل حتى يتحقق الشفاء تماما، وكما يستطيع متابعة الحصص أونلاين
