Labor Day

Labor Day is observed on the 1st of May every year to celebrate the achievements of workers and to appreciate their hard work. This day also aims to raise the morale of the workers and encourage them to achieve more successfully, as “Without labor, nothing prospers.” as Sophocles says.

يتم الاحتفال بعيد العمال في الأول من شهر مايو كل عام تقديرًا لإنجازات العمال وعملهم الشاق، ويهدف أيضًا إلى رفع الروح المعنوية للعمال وتشجيعهم على تحقيق أعمال أكثر نجاحًا حيث أن “بدون عمال لا يمكن لأي عمل أن يزدهر” كما قال الكاتب الاغريقي سوفوكليس.
